By purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, graphics, guides, toolkits and digital resources are owned by or licensed to Next Step Guide Ltd.
Purchased digital products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, modify, sell, commercially distribute or represent our materials as your own without our written permission.
Where a particular free guide expressly states that it may be shared for personal and non-commercial use, that permission applies to that guide.
4. Payment, Delivery and Digital Content
Prices are shown on the website before purchase.
Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the digital product you purchased.
Digital products may be supplied by download link, access page or email.
Where you ask us to provide digital content immediately, you will be asked to confirm that you want supply to begin before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and that you understand your right to cancel will be lost once supply begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet legal requirements.
5. Refunds
Because our paid products are digital downloads supplied for immediate access, your right to cancel may end once supply has begun where you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right.
This does not affect any rights you may have if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or does not meet the standards required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
First Step Guide provides general educational information and guidance. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your individual circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
